Much of the action takes place in the Sydney CBD as its boundaries contain the popular entertainment and travel precinct at Circular Quay, the busy comings and goings at Central Railway station, the serene parklands of Hyde Park and the Botanic Gardens and the water playground of Sydney Harbour.

While Sydney weather is true to its seasons, its temperatures remain relatively mild throughout the year. You will need woolly jumpers and faux-fur coats in winter, while summer and spring often present crisp, blue sky days, calling for much lighter clothing.

Sydney City parking includes three major car parks and a number of parking stations, along with metered street parking on designated streets. When exploring the city, grab a Sydney City map from Visitor Centres at The Rocks and Darling Harbour, or at City Host Information Kiosks in the CBD.
